We will ensure that all appliances are in working order and any necessary maintenance is completed. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our tenants. We will also work with the maintenance team to address any other issues that may arise during the process. In addition, your apartment will be painted and cleaned upon your move in.

If the service requires an initial set up, you or someone you trust will need to be present in the unit at the time of the service. If its regular maintenance performed by our maintenance team, you do not need to be present for the services to be done. 

We have onsite maintenance available. 

You have two options; you can submit a maintenance request at our office, or we have an online resident portal that allows you to submit maintenance requests. Our resident portal is the most efficient, it is designed to make your experience with us as seamless and convenient as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance accessing the portal, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

 During business hours, you can come to the office to retrieve a key for any lockout situations. However, if it is after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith to assist with gaining access to your unit. It's important to keep in mind that locksmith services may come at an additional cost. If you have any questions or concerns about our lockout policy, please feel free to contact our office for more information.

If you're experiencing a maintenance issue that requires immediate attention outside our regular business hours, please contact our office and prompt for emergency maintenance assistance. Our team is available to handle emergency maintenance requests to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents. 


Yes, parking is available in our apartment community. We do not have assigned parking spaces, but there are ample parking spaces for residents and guests on a first-come, first served basis. Additionally, we have designated handicap parking spots for those who require them. Please be considerate of other residents and guests when parking to ensure that you are not blocking any designated areas or fire lanes.  

Our apartment offers a wide variety of amenities to enhance your living experience for residents. From the swimming pool and fitness centers to dog parks and car wash areas. There is something for everyone to enjoy. The convenience of package lockers, valet trash services, and onside laundry facilities can make daily living easier and more enjoyable. The addition of the grills by the pool and playgrounds provide opportunities for outdoor recreation and socializing. All our community amenities contribute to creating a vibrant and welcoming community for all residents.

Yes! Our community is pet-friendly! We understand that pets are important members of your family, and we welcome them on our property. 

The standard appliances that come with each apartment include a stove and oven, as well as a refrigerator. Additionally, our renovated apartments include a garbage disposal and microwave for added convenience. These appliances are provided to make your daily living more comfortable and efficient.

All our units are unfurnished, and we have one furnished corporate home.  

Our residences have access to the pool and fitness center from 8am-10pm. Our additional amenities are accessible during all hours of the day. 

Residents are allowed to have up to two non-restricted breeds of dogs and cats. This pet-friendly policy can provide a welcoming environment for residents who have furry companions as part of their family.


Typically, it takes 24 to 72 hours for a unit application to be processed and approved. During this time, the property management team will review the application, conduct background and credit checks, verify income and employment information, and ensure all necessary documentation is provided.

Your options for paying rent include using the online resident portal, making payments with personal checks, or cashiers checks in the office. These payment methods offer convenience and flexibility for residents to choose the option that suits them best. 

Our residents are required to purchase renters insurance to be a resident in our community. 

Spectrum is our internet provider.

For the application process, you will need to submit an application and provide proof of income/a bank statement. 

In our apartment community, we will provide you with phone numbers for your power, internet, and cable. Water will be set up by our office and paid with the rent. If residents have any questions or need assistance with setting up their utilities, they can reach out to our office for assistance and guidance.

If your application for the apartment is denied, you will be contacted and sent a letter of denial.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. This means that you are required to make your rent payment by the 1st to ensure timely payment and compliance with your lease agreement.

Applicants can complete the application online through the online portal. This allows for a convenient and efficient way to submit the necessary information, documents, and payment all electronically. You can also submit an in-office application. By offering both online and in-office application options, the property management company aims to accommodate each applicant's preference. Applicants can choose the method that best suits their needs and convenience when applying to our apartment community.

The application fee is $75. This fee is charged to cover the costs associated with processing the application, conducting a background check, and credit checks. The application fee is non-refundable. Our administrative fee is $200. This fee is charged to cover administrative costs related to processing the application, preparing the lease documents, and other administrative tasks.


Our apartment community is conveniently located near multiple shopping centers and restaurants. We are just ten minutes away from Haywood Mall with easy access to a wide variety of shipping options. Additionally, we are a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Greenville.
